The NEHBPA wants to wish you and your family a Happy New Year and a healthy and prosperous 2020. We know that 2019 has been challenging for thoroughbred racing enthusiasts, but we are reminded of the legendary filly Mariah’s Storm who fractured her front left cannon bone in 1993 and was thought to be done in racing before her career had really begun.

She came back with a vengeance after healing in 1994 and completed a three-race stakes sweep at Chicago’s Arlington Park – all because her owners and trainers refused to give up on her the NEHBPA is not giving up!

We look forward to 2020 and the return of racing in Massachusetts with multiple investors and developers now pursuing racing venues around the state. Stay Tuned!

Speaking of 2020, for those among us who left their 2020 vision somewhere on the backstretch, a reminder that Trainer Benefits are available to you in the form of Old Age Assistance, Life Insurance and Eyeglasses to name a few.

As always if you have any questions, comments or concerns we can be reached at info@newenglandhbpa.com or call the office or any of the board members.

Thank you,
Your NEHBPA
