We are sad to report that Arlene M. Falk has died. She was first licensed as an owner in the 80’s in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and at the Fairs. More recently she was licensed in Massachusetts, NY, NJ, and PA as one of the two members of the Gold Bear Farm Stable. She was also a member of the NEHBPA.
She greatly enjoyed the sport and spending time with the horses and being on the backstretch of the track. She is the mother of Trainer and Jockey Jacqueline Falk.
Some of her favorite moments in the sport were being in the Winner’s Circle at Saratoga when the Stable won there in 2014 and standing in the Winner’s Circle at Suffolk Downs and Belmont Park when Jacqueline won as a Jockey/Trainer on one of the Stable’s horses.
The funeral will be Thursday Nov. 8 in the Suffern, NY area.
